Minor Service
We will replace your engine oil, oil filter and sump plug washer.
Check engine,transmission and differential for leaks and fluid level
Check your exhaust, suspension, steering, cv joints.
Check and adjust brake system and wheel bearings for wear.
Check air filter and clean if required.
Check battery electrolyte level and load test.
check and pressure test cooling system for leaks and condition of hoses.
Check fan belts for wear and correct tension.
Check all fluid levels, top up if required
Check operation of lighting, seatbelts and wipers
Check all tyres for wear and pressure including spare
Road test vehicle and check vehicles on road operation.

Major Service
All that is included in the minor service plus we will replace the spark plugs, air filter and fuel filter. Check continuity of all ignition leads tune engine, check engine management system for any fault codes and report.
Check and adjust ignition timing if required. Check and adjust engine idle speed and fuel mixtures.

Cooloing system service
Drain cooling system. Backflush radiator, engine block and heater core.
Refit hoses and fill cooling system with long life coolant. Pressure test cooling system and check for leaks. Start engine and bleed air from system.

Auto transmission Service
Drain Automatic transmission, replace filter and adjust bands were possible. Clean auto transmission pan fit new gasket and re fill with fresh oil. Check and adjust kickdown cable were fitted. For electronically controlled auto transmissions scan computer system and check for any fault codes. Road test vehicle and check on road operation.

Engine Tune
This is performed using a diagnostic oscilloscope (tune scope) to check and adjust the engine and the fuel/ignition systems to ensure peak performance, reliability and fuel economy. The battery, starting and charging system will be checked together with belts, under bonnet fluid levels and the air and fuel filters. Finally a road test will be performed to check for any other possible problems and to ensure all the work performed was satisfactory.
